2001 S76 Steel Security Shutter (Non Insulated)
The vast majority of security products Roché manufacture and install are of aluminium construction, but some applications call for a steel roller shutter solution.

Applications
High security commercial sites, up to 25M² - 45M².
Punched (V76) & Perforated (P76) slats can be incorporated as required for full or partial vision. The V76 can have polycarbonate inserts to infill the punched section.

Standard galvanised finish
Wall thickness 0.7mm, 0.9mm, or 1.2mm, depending on overall shutter opening width.
N.B. Colour finishes available on request. Plastisol range or polyester powder coated.

Housing
Manufactured from 0.7 or 0.9mm galvanised steel sheet.
End caps are fabricated from 3mm steel.

N.B. The above enclosure sizes are based on standard tube motor operation.
3 phase motor applications enclosure sizes will vary dependent on the overall shutter size.
Guide Channels / Bottom Slat
Galvanised steel sections with weather seal.
Guide channel depth will vary dependent on application from 50mm to 100mm.
Standard galvanised finish. Other colours available on request.
N.B. The guide channels are bolted to fixing angles to suit the application.
Operation
Electric: Single phase tubular motor or 3 phase outboard motor dependent on curtain weight with push button control.
Numerous options such as group or remote control etc available as required. Manual override facility as required.
Note: Manual operation is available but not common with the S76 and associated profiles as it is utilised for larger areas in most cases.
